Brazilian mining company Nexa completed a benchmark-sized bond sale on Monday by issuing $500 million worth of seven-year notes, said a source involved in the deal.
Nexa priced the new 2028 bonds at 99.254 with a coupon of 6.5% to yield 6.625%, the source said. It had opened the deal with initial price talk in the 7% area before it put guidance at 6.75%, plus or minus 12.5 basis points, and launched the deal at 6.625%, he added.
