Brazilian state-oil company Petrobras on Friday started the binding phase for the sale of its fuel distribution business in Colombia.
Petrobras is selling 100% of shares held by Petrobras International Braspetro and other subsidiaries in Petrobras Colombia Combustibles, or Pecoco, according to a securities filing.
Pecoco operates 124 service stations in Colombia, including 42 in and around the capital city of Bogotá, together with 14 convenience stores and seven storage units.
