Brazilian private education company Yduqs is analyzing around half a dozen possible acquisitions in 17 new markets and has also started looking for acquisitions in 30 markets where it already has operations, CFO Eduardo Haiama told LatinFinance.
After expanding into five of the 17 target markets, Yduqs is now looking at "five or six" possible deals that could cover different regions, Haiama said in a telephone interview on Friday.
