Cálamo, the holding company for Brazilian cosmetics retailer Grupo Boticário, returned to the local bond market on Wednesday, issuing BRL340 million ($69.8 million) in one- and two-year debentures, according to the capital markets association Anbima.
Itaú BBA coordinated the two-part deal and priced BRL170 million in 2021 notes at the DI interbank lending rate plus 2.3% and another BRL170 million in two-year notes at DI plus 2.75%, according to Anbima.
