Recaudo Bogotá, the company that manages fare collection services for city buses in the Colombian capital, has restructured COP372 billion ($99.8 million) in debt, according to the federal business regulator Supersociedades.
Recaudo Bogotá's seven creditors agreed to the eight-year deal on May 27, ending a reorganization process that started in early April 2018, Supersociedades said in a press release.
