Brazilian energy company CPFL Energia said it has scheduled an offer to buy the shares it does not already own in its renewable energy company, CPFL Energias Renováveis, and delist the company from the B3 stock exchange in São Paulo.
The "delisiting offer," as CPFL called it, is set to take place on June 10, the company said in a securities filing on Wednesday. Santander is managing the offer for CPFL, according to the filing.
