Brazil's Pátria Investimentos paid BRL445 million ($81.1 million) to acquire the toll road operator Concessionária Auto Raposo Tavares (CART) from the local infrastructure firm Invepar, according to a securities filing. Infraestrutura Brasil Holding II (IBH II), a holding company controlled by Pátria, closed the deal on April 30, it said in the filing, after agreeing to buy CART in December last year.
