Brazil's Pátria Investimentos paid BRL445 million ($81.1 million) to acquire the toll road operator Concessionária Auto Raposo Tavares (CART) from the local infrastructure firm Invepar, according to a securities filing.
Infraestrutura Brasil Holding II (IBH II), a holding company controlled by Pátria, closed the deal on April 30, it said in the filing, after agreeing to buy CART in December last year. Invepar put CART up for sale in May 2019.
