CCR, Iguatemi come to Brazilian bond market

Two issuers — infrastructure company CCR and shopping mall operator Igautemi — came to the Brazilian bond market on Thursday, raising money for working capital during the coronavirus pandemic. Local investment bank BTG Pactual coordinated both deals, pricing BRL700 million ($130 million) in two-year debentures for CCR at the DI interbank lending rate plus 3.2% and BRL300 million in three-year notes for Iguatemi at the DI plus 3%, according to the local capital markets association Anbima.
