Brazilian food company Minerva said it plans to raise up to BRL600 million ($105 million) from the sale of agricultural receivables certificates, or CRAs, through the local securitization firm ISEC Securitizadora. Minerva will sell two series of debentures to ISEC to support the CRA deal.
