Vanti borrows again from Scotiabank

Colombian natural gas company Vanti took out another one-year loan from Scotiabank to pay off debt and add to working capital, according to a securities filing and a source involved in the deal. The Bogot√°-based company received the dollar-denominated loan for the equivalent of COP300 billion ($76.1 million) on Tuesday, it said in a securities filing. Vanti previously received a one-year loan for COP200 billion from Scotiabank in October last year to pay off debt and fund part of its growth plan
