Brazilian cosmetics company Natura Cosméticos has outlined a private capital increase for as much as BRL2 billion ($348 million) by selling shares for BRL32.00 each, or more than 10% below the closing price of BRL35.70 on Friday.
Natura's controlling shareholders have agreed to buy at least BRL508 million in new shares, while other investors have made a firm commitment to acquires BRL492 million in shares, the São Paulo-based company said in a securities filing.
