EcoRodovias said on Tuesday it plans to issue BRL1.23bn ($235 million) worth of promissory notes, one day after it announced a leniency agreement with São Paulo state prosecutors.
The infrastructure company will divide the debt deal into four parts with maturities from 180 to 720 days, adding the proceeds to its cash holdings, it said in a securities filing.
