Via Mobilidade, a subway concessionaire owned by the Brazilian infrastructure company CCR, issued BRL700 million ($133 million) worth of debentures in the local market to fund investments in two lines of the São Paulo metro, according to the capital markets association Anbima.
Itaú BBA led the sale and priced the 10-year notes at the DI interbank lending rate plus 9.76%. Bradesco was the agent bank and Pentágono the trustee, according to Anbima.
