Peruvian mining company Buenaventura said on Friday that it signed a new $275 million syndicated loan at a lower rate than a similar facility it negotiated in 2016.
The new five-year credit priced at 190 basis points over three-month Libor, down from 215 basis points on the previous facility, Buenaventura said in a securities filing.
