Argentine real estate developer Raghsa said it plans to sell $78.9 million in seven-year bonds this month as part of a swap for two existing notes, helping to extend the life of its debt at a time when the economy is facing a sharp contraction.  The offer for the new bullet bonds, which will pay 8.5% interest, opened on Friday and runs through April 30, the company said in a recent securities filing.
