Total Eren issues debt for wind farms in Brazil

French renewable energy energy Total Eren raised BRL140 million ($25.2 million) for two wind farms by issuing debentures in the local market, according to the capital markets association Anbima. The company sold BRL91.5 million worth of 18-month notes for the Terra Santa I wind farm and issued another BRL48.5 million in 18-month notes for Terra Santa II, according to Anbima. Led by Santander, Total Eren priced the two series of notes at the DI interbank lending rate plus 2% under Brazil's Rule 4
