Punta Blanca, Wenco line up local bond sales

Chilean real estate developer Inversiones Punta Blanca and plastic goods maker Wenco are seeking authorization to sell inflation-linked bonds in the local market as interest rates approach new lows. Santiago-based Punta Blanca, which builds shopping malls and residential buildings, said it plans to sell UF2.75 million ($90.8 million) in 30-year bonds, according to documents filed with the securities commission CMF. It will use the proceeds to add to working capital and refinance debts, it said
