The board of directors of Colombian natural gas producer Promigas authorized the company to borrow COP150 billion ($36.7 million) on Tuesday, according to a securities filing.
In addition, the board also authorized the company to act as guarantor for up to $31 million, or its equivalent in Peruvian soles, for loans taken on by its subsidiary Gases del Pacífico (Quavii).
On February 14, the board authorized the company to borrow COP192 billion, and to serve as guarantor for a loan of up to $21
