Fibra Prologis raises money for acquisitions

Mexican real estate investor Fibra Prologis raised MXN8.3 billion ($411 million) to fund acquisitions by selling new certificates on the BMV stock exchange in Mexico City, it said in a statement on Thursday. The real estate investment trust, or REIT, marketed 200 million certificates, known as CBFIs in the local market, for MXN41.50 each, it said. It added that the new CBFIs begin trading on March 17.
