Tigo rings up local bond buyers

Colombian telecommunications company UNE EPM Telecomunicaciones, which does business under the brand name Tigo, sold COP150 billion ($42.4 million) worth of 2030 notes in the local market on Wednesday, according to securities filings. Tigo priced the 10-year notes at a fixed rate of 6.6% after holding a Dutch auction with an undisclosed opening price, the company said in a filing to the BVC stock exchange in Bogotá. Bancolombia led the deal with Davivienda and Credicorp as the other bookrunners,
