Mexican lender Compartamos Banco said the local securities regulator CNBV recently approved a bond program for MXN15 billion ($756 million), according to a securities filing on Wednesday.
During the five-year program, Compartamos said it plans to issue bonds in the local market in both pesos and dollars with maturities from one to 30 years.
