Brazilian insurance company SulAmérica plans to raise up to BRL500 million ($111 million) from a two-part debenture sale in the local market, it said in a securities filing.
The company will divide the deal into one series of nine-months notes and another of five-year notes, according to the filing. The notes due in December this year will likely price no higher than the DI interbank lending rate plus 0.75%, while the 2025 notes will go up to the DI plus 1.25%.
