Colombian bank Finandina said on Friday that its board approved adding COP600 billion ($148 million) to its local bond program, according to a securities filing.
The decision raises the bond program to COP2.2 trillion from the COP1.6 trillion, the program size agreed to in the latest expansion on March 2018.
Friday’s decision sets the amount available for issuances to COP804 billion.
Finandina has COP1.5 trillion in outstanding local notes, but it does not have any bonds in foreign currencie
