The Colombian government will offer subsidized loans and form a new fund to provide financing for public and private entities to confront the coronavirus outbreak, according to announcements this week.
The state-backed financing agency Findeter and the government-owned lender Bancóldex will offer soft loans to finance projects and initiatives that try to impede the spread of the disease, according to a presidential decree issued on Tuesday.
