Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos (BYMA), which operates the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, or BCBA, has named Marcelo Menéndez as vice chairman of the board to replace Nicolás Caputo, a decision that comes as the local and global financial markets roil from the economic impact of the coronavirus pandemic. A public accountant, Menéndez was elected to the role after serving as a director for three years, BYMA said in a securities filing. He previously co-founded Quick Trade, a financial trading platform
