Brazil spends interest savings on healthcare, employment

Brazil will use the money it saved on interest payments last year to fund part of a BRL120 billion ($23.8 billion) spending program to provide healthcare and supplement lost income for informal workers impacted by the coronavirus outbreak, Economy Minister Paulo Guedes said on Tuesday.
