Companhia Energética Candeias (CEC), a thermal power plant operator owned by Brazil's Grupo Global, issued BRL163 million ($32.1 million) worth of debentures in the local market last week, according to the capital markets association Anbima.
CEC priced the two-year notes at the DI interbank lending rate plus 1.1% in a deal arranged by Itaú BBA, according to Anbima.
