China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) has picked Japanese lender MUFG to arrange at least $300 million in financing for the Regiotram commuter rail concession in Bogotá, according to two sources close to the deal.
The Chinese builder has also hired local investment services firm Structure to be its financial adviser on the deal, the sources said.
CCECC has a little more than a year to reach financial close, according to the concession contract, but it expects to close the deal
