Argentina is pressing ahead with a restructuring of its $68.8 billion in foreign-currency bonds even as the coronavirus outbreak slams economies — and investors — worldwide, Economy Minister Martín Guzmán said on Friday.  "Argentina is in the midst of a major macroeconomic crisis," he said in a 40-minute webcast.  The government is seeking to restructure the foreign-currency debt by March 31, a strategy that Guzmán has repeatedly said must allow the country to achieve sustainable economic grow
