Brazilian pharmaceutical company Hypera Pharma said on Wednesday that it agreed to sell 12 brands marketed outside the country to local drugmaker Eurofarma Laboratórios for $161 million. The 12 over-the-counter (OTC) and prescription drugs are part of the 18 brands that Hypera agreed to buy earlier this month from Japan's Takeda Pharmaceutical Company for $825 million.
