Itaú CorpBanca Colombia, the Bogotá-based division of Brazilian bank Itaú Unibanco, said on Thursday that it raised COP500 billion ($143 million) from a two-part sale of local bonds. The bank priced COP148 billion worth of five-year notes in pesos at a fixed rate of 6% in a Dutch auction after setting the opening price at 6.25%. The 2025 notes were almost three times oversubscribed, it said in a securities filing.
