Brazilian toll road concessionaire BRVias has sold BRL700 million ($156 million) worth of debentures to fund investments in the ViaRondon highway in the state of São Paulo. Santander led the deal for BRVias, pricing the 15-year notes at the IPCA consumer price index plus 5.55%, according to the local capital markets association Anbima.
