Brazilian logistics company JSL said on Tuesday that it asked securities regulator CVM to suspend the initial public offering (IPO) of its truck, machines and equipment rental subsidiary Vamos Locação de Caminhões, Máquinas e Equipamentos in the wake of continued volatility in the local stock market.
JSL submitted a request to CVM to interrupt the analysis period for up to 180 days, according to a securities filing.
