Polpaico seeks shareholder approval for BSA deal

Chilean cement maker Polpaico said on Friday that it scheduled a shareholders meeting on March 30 to vote on a proposed merger with Cementos Bicentenario (BSA). Polpaico proposed a merger with Gamma Cementos, the company that controls BSA, through an all-share deal on February 18.
