Chilean cement maker Polpaico said on Friday that it scheduled a shareholders meeting on March 30 to vote on a proposed merger with Cementos Bicentenario (BSA).
Polpaico proposed a merger with Gamma Cementos, the company that controls BSA, through an all-share deal on February 18.
It also asked shareholders to approve a capital increase at the upcoming meeting to distribute shares to Gamma's owners, according to a securities filing.
