Neoenergia, the Brazilian subsidiary of the Spanish electric utility company Iberdrola, sold BRL300 million ($62.7 million) worth of long-term debentures in the local market, raising money for the Itabapoana power line project, according to the capital markets association Anbima.
Led by Itaú BBA, Neoenergia issued the 25-year notes at the IPCA consumer price index plus 4.5%, according to Anbima.
