Peruvian lender Banco de Credito del Perú (BCP) announced a new bond program to raise up to PEN3 billion ($850 million) in the local market, while cinema chain Cineplanet unveiled a program of its own for $150 million, according to securities filing.
Credicorp Capital will lead BCP's six-year program as the structuring and placement agent, while Scotiabank will represent the bondholders, according to a filing on Wednesday.
For the first issue, the Lima-based lender plans to sell three-year notes
