Terna Plus, the new business division of Italian transmission system operator Terna, sold BRL210 million ($44.2 million) worth of debentures to finance the Linha Verde II transmission line project in Brazil, according to the capital markets association Anbima.
Led by BNP Paribas, the concessionaire issued the 24-year notes on March 2 at the IPCA consumer price index plus 5.33%, according to Anbima.
