Brazilian telecommunications company Oi said it has hired Lazard as financial adviser for the sale of a fiber optic network and other assets.
Lazard and the other financial adviser, Bank of America, will work on selling Oi's non-core assets to raise money to finance its investment plans, the company said in a securities filing.
