Mexican small-business lender Grupo Mega sold $350 million worth of 2025 notes on Thursday in a deal that was well oversubscribed, a source involved in the transaction told LatinFinance. Led by Goldman Sachs, Barclays and Morgan Stanley, the Guadalajara-based finance company priced the five-year non-call three notes at par to yield 8.25%, the source said.
Mega had set the initial price talk in the high 8% area. It then put the guidance at 8.25%, plus or minus 12.5 basis points, before launching
