Spanish construction company Obrascón Huarte Lain (OHL) said on Tuesday that it is in talks to sell a minority stake to the Mexican infrastructure developer Grupo Caabsa.
OHL would merge with Caabsa in the deal, and the Amodio family, which owns the Mexican firm, would hold between 31% and 35% of the new company, the Spanish company said in a securities filing.
The Amodio family has expressed interest in investing €50 million ($55.2 million) in cash in OHL, according to the Spanish company. OHL
