Argentine energy company Medanito said on Monday that it extended a stand-by agreement on an $80 million loan until February 28, once again averting a default after the first repayment fell due a little over a year ago.The Buenos Aires-based company reached the terms to refinance the loan in March 2019, but it has not signed an agreement. It received the 2.5-year syndicated loan, led by Credit Suisse, in October 2017. The other lenders were Banco Ciudad, HSBC, Itaú and the local development bank
