Mexican ceramics company Grupo Lamosa said it has agreed to buy 100% of Eurocerámica in Colombia for COP130 billion ($38.3 million).
The acquisition is still pending regulatory approval adjustments, and the purchase price is subject to adjustments, Lamosa said in a securities filing.
Lamosa already has a presence in Colombia through the subsidiary Cerámica San Lorenzo, which the Mexican company acquired from Belgian industrial group Extex for $230 million in 2016.
