Colombian financial services company Credivalores sold $300 million worth of 2025 notes on Monday in a deal that was almost two times oversubscribed, a source involved in the deal told LatinFinance.
The Bogotá-based company priced the five-year non-call three notes at 99.505 with a coupon of 8.875% to yield 9%, the source said. Credivalores had opened the initial price talk in the low 9% area before launching the deal at 9%, he added.
Credivalores is scheduled to settle the new notes on February
