Sanfer seals a three-part loan

Mexican pharmaceutical company Laboratorios Sanfer has closed a three-part syndicated loan for MXN11.7 billion ($618 million), according to a source involved in the deal. Banorte and BBVA were the joint bookrunners on the loan, while Bancomext, HSBC and Banco Sabadell were the mandated lead arrangers and Santander was the co-arranger, according to the source.
