Brazilian telecommunications carrier has appointed Rodrigo Abreu as its new CEO, according to a securities filing on Friday.
Abreu replaces Eurico Teles Neto, who has resigned after almost 40 years with the company. Abreu joined Oi as a board member in September 2018 and became COO in September 2019, the company said in the filing.
Oi added that it is looking for a new COO to take Abreu's former position. In October last year, Oi named Camille Faria as CFO.
