Itaú CorpBanca Colombia, the Bogotá-based division of Brazilian bank Itaú Unibanco, said on Wednesday that it intends to go to the local bond market with a two-part deal for as much as COP500 billion ($145 million). Itaú CorpBanca will issue at least COP400 billion in five- and 10-year notes, but it could increase the size of the deal to COP500 billion on strong demand, the bank said in a securities filing with the BVC stock exchange in Bogotá.
