Colombian oil and gas distribution company Terpel plans to raise COP470 billion ($137 million) from a three-part bond sale in the local market, according to a securities filing.
With Bancolombia as the lead coordinator and Davivienda as the other bookrunner, Terpel will issue three-, 15- and 25-year notes through a Dutch auction, setting the price after it has received all the orders.
