Two Brazilian firms, Cury Construtora e Incorporadora and Ambipar, added their names last week to a growing list of companies that plan to carry out initial public offerings (IPOs) on the local stock exchange this year. Cury, a construction joint venture between the local real estate developers Cyrela Brazil Realty and Cury Empreendimentos, intends to sell new and existing shares and list its stock on the Novo Mercado index of the B3 stock exchange in São Paulo, according to a securities filing
