Eren Dracena Participações, a solar power producer in Brazil owned by the French renewable energy company Total Eren, raised BRL280 million ($63.8 million) from the sale of long-term debentures in the local debt market, according to the capital markets association Anbima.
Led by BNP Paribas, Eren Dracena priced the 17.5-year notes at the IPCA consumer price index plus 4.7%, according to Anbima. The IPCA stood at 4.31% at the end of last year, according to the national statistics agency IGBE.
French renewable energy company's local business issues $64 mln in debentures, led by BNP Paribas
