Chilean utility company Colbún has booked meetings with investors to pitch the sale of new dollar-denominated notes in the cross-border market, a source involved in the deal told LatinFinance on Thursday.
The Santiago-based company has hired Bank of America, JPMorgan and Scotiabank to schedule the roadshow, which starts in Miami on February 24, before going to Boston and London on February 25 and New York and London on February 26, the source said.
